COVID-19 Update – Clinic Closure

We hope you are all well and safe. As you are aware the safety and care of our patients and staff have been our priority.

Following the update from the Prime Minister, the management has decided to extend our suspension of all activities until the 30th of June. The office will open on this day and Dr Zokaie will hold his first clinic on Thursday 2nd July. However, there will be policies and procedures in place when you attend the clinic to ensure the continued safety of all is practised. All patients will be given a PPE pack to wear at reception by the reception staff for a small cost (cost to be confirmed) which will be added to the treatment cost.

Dr Zokaie’s procedure day will be held on Tuesdays and the consultation days will be held on Thursdays. If you only see him for consultations we will continue with our current method of video consultations to minimise risk and keep safe.

The admin team will continue to take your calls and enquiries on 0207 1005252 or by email:

Until we reopen we will continue with our virtual clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays as it has been very successful and convenient to a lot of our patients and clients and we will continue to support you all with your needs and concerns.

We are currently taking bookings although spaces will be limited due to the length of each appointment changing and if you wish to book in please get in touch with us.

We apologise for any inconvenience our closure may have caused but it is in our best national interest as well as in the best interest of each one of us as individuals.

We hope to see all back in the clinic and continue your treatments.

Video Consultations
we are still available for initial or follow up consultations for Dermatology/Roaccutane as well as all aesthetic concerns. To book your video consultation please call the team on 0207 1005252 or email on
